Maxtacs values dealer privacy and protects information with strict confidentiality. Information collected is not reused, sold, or disclosed to third parties without permission, and is only used as consented.
Dealer Return Policy
Dealers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any return.
- Damaged Goods: Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt, and damaged
items must reach the Maxtacs Distribution Center within 10 days of RMA
issuance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Products with signs of wear, marking,
or non-manufacturer damage will not be accepted. - Unwanted Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are
subject to a 30% restocking fee. Dealers cover return shipping, insurance, and
tracking. All returns require the original receipt or packing slip, and refunds are issued in the original payment method or as credit. - Return Processing: Returns are inspected upon arrival; non-returnable items will be shipped back to the sender.
Shipping Calculations:
The shipping costs shown at checkout are estimates. If the actual shipping cost is higher, a customer service specialist will contact you with the updated amount for approval. Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the packaging, especially for oversized or overweight items. Maxtacs ships across the U.S. through select carriers, with charges based on shipping method, weight, and destination. For international shipping, please reach out to us directly.
Warranty
Maxtacs products are warranted for one year from the purchase date (90 days for apparel). The warranty covers manufacturing defects for the original owner, excluding damage from normal wear, accidents, or misuse. Dealers process warranty claims and coordinate with Maxtacs directly.
Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
Maxtacs enforces a MAP policy to protect brand image, applicable to all advertising forms, including online and print. Retailers who advertise below MAP will face order suspensions. Maxtacs reviews this policy unilaterally and may update it periodically.
